Our governance practices and operating principles were established when we were a publicly traded company known as Cincinnati Bell Inc., subject to strict regulatory scrutiny. Following our acquisition by Macquarie in September 2021, altafiber is a privately owned company and no longer held to certain public-company compliance requirements—but we still hold ourselves to the same high standards we always have.
